Subj : menu and telnet connect buttons on web interface

how do i get the menu and connect buttons to appear on the web page logon
screen. mine does not show these when i access the web server. thanks for any
help. i see these little buttons appear on other synchronet webserver sites. i
like tapping the connect and seeing telnet window insde the web oage.
