Subj : Question about rlogin and user accounts

Good Morning,
I have 2 users on my BBS that cannot connect via my Other BBS Game Server menu
to other rlogin accepting BBS's. I am set up so that I have a menu that lets my
callers connect to Goldmine BBS and Game Portal BBS via rlogin. All my users
but these two can connect without problem. The guy that runs the game portal
says he has no record of the users I mentioned. How can everyone else get to
the game servers but only 2 cannot. Their profiles look just like the rest. I
am at a loss. It is no big deal but I like to understand how things work, or do
not work at times.
