I have to go through the entire login process (welcome to synchronet, these
keys do this, what shell do you want, what avatar do you want, here are your
caller stats, etc....) then the game starts.  This is far from ideal and
it says the user name is a dupe even though it's not.  I've got
rlogin_auto_xtrn=true set, which shows because the game does start before the
menu, but after all the rest of that stuff...  What am I doing wrong?  I've
got all of the new user questions turned off.  Stingray is at a loss.
