I've recently wanted to be able to display ANSI content with a scrollable
interface, and tonight I found frame.js, which seems to do the job.  I started
using frame.js a bit tonight to see what it can do.  I saw that it has a
'scrollbars' property, but it seems that even when I set it to true, it isn't
displaying scrollbars.  I tried making sure v_scroll and h_scroll are both
true, but it still wasn't displaying scrollbars.  Is that a known issue?  Also,
would it display a vertical scrollbar if v_scroll is true and h_scroll is
false?
