I mostly netmail sysops from the mail menu these days, the lack of user lookup
shouldn't cause too much of a problem. If I'm netmailing a user, it's usually a
netmail reply to an echomail, which pulls up either an SMTP address or netmail
address. Pretty 
nifty.
