If you look at update.js, it's not terribly complicated. It (update.js)
currently just handles two tasks:
1. Making sure the exec and load directories are organized correctly and
contain no duplicate/old files
2. Converting sbbsecho.cfg (for SBBSecho v2) to sbbs.ini (for SBBSecho v3)
