Apply the LoginInfoSave (ARS) setting when saving user data upon logoff too

.... that is, don't save the user session details during logoff for users
matching the specified ARS.

This should help with Guest login/off user.tab file (on smbfs) contention on
Vertrauen (*.synchro.net). Nobody else probably needs or cares about this
change.
