Thank you for the detailed analysis. I wonder, does cvtdrsys allow converting to a 31-line door.sys file and if so, does that also solve the problem with the door game? The original door.sys file format was only 31 lines (not 52 as is common today) and I've been pondering making the 31-line version a configuration option for doors in SCFG.
