March 12 2019 -- Reduced Hours

I'm not ghosting or ignoring anyone. I am reducing the hours I spend online 
to do what needs to be done in the real world. Online socialization is 
somewhere between a crutch and a lifeline, but more productive and concentrated
activity and greater cooperation must replace what I have now. I'm spending 1-2
hours online until we move.

Current Needs:

My husband needs a Windows network sysadmin/support job, somewhere between 
Seattle, WA and Vancouver, BC. Vancouver Island is also a possibility. He has
lots of enterprise experience.

I would benefit massively from a loan of $32000 USD to help me fix up the house, rent short-term
until the house is sold, and living expenses. This is a short term loan,
I've lived in our house for 20 years and have lots of equity, my house is
in a desirable yet affordable area. Loan 98% likely to be repaid in six months.
I have collateral. Credit rating is 850 as of January 27 2019.
 
I would benefit from a 90-day project plan to best use my resources, 
especially from people who have recently moved/sold their house. I have attention
challenges but I can overcome them when my anxiety is under control.

I also have a 19.5 year old cat which I am unsure I would be able to bring with me
to my next abode. In the Seattle-Bellevue-Everett area, or even Tacoma, I wish to 
be connected to a foster home for pets or to someone who would care for an aged cat
and wants no more than a two-three year commitment. I adopted my kitty from a rescue
shelter 19 years ago and could not predict this situation.
