I'm alive, hope you are too! If not, you can sit next to my husband. Four days have passed since International Correspondence Writing Month (InCoWriMo) and I have just written to two Goodreads pen pals for World Book Day. Today was the first day in six weeks I paid attention to my gmail accounts, gopher accounts, gemini, etc.) I am grateful I have an unencumbered male buddy who, having lost both his parents to the same disease that killed my husband, is available and eager to pal around with me safely (won't let me in his car or his flat; he used to_ and I am grateful for circumlunar.space, for Canada Post (are you Canadian? Needing to find someone to use your free postcard on? ME ME ME ME! I am a widowed shut-in and I am responsible for WonderPens' depletion of Tomoe River Paper AND 1.27586% of Canada Post's revenues for February! I have to pick up my mail from the US Postal Office (hard to do with the border closed), and I am GRATEFUL I spawned a dual-national who is now an adult and is able to be my new co-signatory who can WALK 0.8 mi (1.3km) from the border into the US to pick up my mail, and lug it back 0.8 mi (1.3km). I am not looking forward to bills. I will, I hope, find my external HDD, clean up a wee bit my laptop, install a Ubuntu 18.04- or newer based OS, and engage in this smolnet the cool kids are into, like this XMPP and pizzazz. I don't yet have Five Questions for March, as I have been bitchslapped into reality only recently. Tell me what's new with you. Christina
