This fellow predicted the 2008 depression (I know, that word is on the
Controlled Words list, and has a variable definition) in 1997. And, he
predicted a worse one for 2026.

Of course, here we  are in the future, very close to  seeing if he was
correct. I'm  no economist, or I  would have perhaps already  heard of
this guy's predictions.  Given the interesting approach  he takes, and
his  interest in  long-term real  estate cycles,  it is  a fascinating
prediction.

Are  there any  economists  in the  room?  What do  you  think of  his
prognosticating?
