Buying Respect

I see a lot of posts about behaviors that command respect, and about how
to deal with people who disrespect you. 
They will never tell you that respect is something you buy for money.
They never told me that some anonymous MF can react with downvotes to a reply 
like "Wow! How I like being criticized like that in public but never getting
paid for a good answer". I received a lot of them downvotes yesterday, and I 
feel that It is actually a symptom of mobbing. I suspect that the reason I get
them is not that my comment really stinks.
Why is it so? Why should someone say that my comment is useless? Do I get
paid for a useful one? So, he or she gets upvoted for mediocrity, while I
get downvoted.
How about liking a professional answer. I think the least people can do is
thank me.
I do not care to be just a whiner now, so I guess going to the dark-web 
and buying followers and upvotes will be a great idea. I haven't found it
yet on the surface web.
