Shaming a Reviewer

I hope they won't remember me as the one who've given them a one-star
review having failed to duplicate a key.
Sorry, but I don't like going back home and finding that the key does not
work!
They could have checked if the key is good for duplicating.
But they have choosen to threaten with a letter from a lawyer and to
shame me.
