Time to Buy a New Fridge

A few days ago i found that the freezer is not freezing and the food
and water bottles in my fridge are not very cold.
There is a site named iFixit (https://ifixit.com), whose slogan is
"Never take broken for an answer" and where one can find guides for
repairing appliances. I don't find there my fridge's model. The fridge
is about 20 years old, and I don't find anything on the web about it.
So, I guess I have to take "broken" for an answer and to order a new
fridge. That of course includes shipping and lifting it to my apartment
on the third floor.
The old one is to be evacuated.
The cost of buying and moving the refrigerator will be added to the
cost of living. Is there any place around where I can still buy blocks of
ice?
