Trick Or Treat

Our government - being a government - set more limits
to the citizens: this time we can only walk as far as
100 meters from home.
Well, I don't know if I'm more than 100m from home, and
I have no intension to measure my distance from home.
I decided to walk today without caring how far I am from
home. If they fine me, I consider asking to go to court
as a defendant because nobody has the right to limit me
to 100m. 
While I was walking, I recalled a chapter of King of the
Hill in which it was a Halloween night and the authorities
had forbidden trick or treating.
