IPV6-TEST.COM HTTPS VALIDATION BROKEN

Looks like ipv6-test.com validator has not been updated for a while. If
you want to validate an https website that does not support the obsolete
TLS 1.0 protocol (but for example only TLS 1.2), the site will display an
error message: "web server is unreachable".
